A private experience combining therapeutic massage with immersive sound for deep relaxation and nervous system support.

Massage + Sound sessions blend therapeutic massage with immersive sound to create a deeply restorative experience for both the body and nervous system.
During your session, you will receive a full 60-minute massage from a licensed massage therapist while resonant sound from crystal singing bowls and chimes fills the space.
The combination of hands-on bodywork and sound helps the body release tension more fully, allowing the nervous system to settle into a deeper state of rest than massage alone.

This experience is both grounding and immersive.
As the body begins to relax through massage, the sound gently supports the nervous system, helping the mind quiet and the body soften more deeply.
