Integrated Sound + Energy Sessions

A layered experience combining vibroacoustic sound therapy with hands-on Reiki energy work.

What is an Integrated Sound + Energy Session?

Integrated sessions combine the therapeutic vibration of vibroacoustic sound with the gentle, grounding support of Reiki energy work.

The session begins with vibroacoustic meditation as sound frequencies move through the body using the InHarmony vibroacoustic table. During this time, Reiki is introduced to support energetic clearing and relaxation.

As the sound meditation concludes, the session transitions into quiet, hands-on Reiki work, allowing the body to settle even more deeply into rest and balance.

This layered approach supports both the physical nervous system and energetic system, creating a deeply restorative experience.

What Does the Session Feel Like?

Many people describe integrated sessions as deeply immersive.

As the sound vibrations move through the body, the nervous system begins to slow and settle. Reiki energy work helps guide the body into deeper relaxation, allowing tension and stress to soften naturally.

Clients often report:

  • deep physical relaxation

  • a feeling of warmth or gentle energy movement

  • emotional release or clarity

  • a sense of calm and grounding

Each experience is unique, but many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered.

Integrated Sessions May Support

• nervous system regulation
• stress and anxiety reduction
• emotional balance
• deeper relaxation than meditation alone
• improved sleep and recovery
• a greater sense of calm and clarity

Each experience is unique, but many people leave a session feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.

Who’s this a great fit for?

Integrated sessions are ideal for those who:

• want a deeper experience than sound or Reiki alone
• feel stuck in chronic stress or nervous system overload
• are drawn to both sound and energy work
• want extended time for relaxation and restoration

No prior experience with sound therapy or Reiki is needed.

Safety & Considerations

Vibroacoustic therapy uses gentle sound vibrations to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. While it is safe for most people, certain conditions may require modification or avoidance of vibroacoustic sessions.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether vibroacoustic therapy is appropriate for you, please consult with your healthcare provider before scheduling.

You are always welcome to reach out with questions prior to booking your session.

Vibroacoustic therapy may not be appropriate for individuals who:

  • have a pacemaker or implanted medical device

  • are in the first trimester of pregnancy

  • experience active seizures or seizure disorders triggered by vibration

  • have recent surgical implants or unstable fractures

  • have severe sound sensitivity or vibration sensitivity
