Echoes of Earth
A Nature Immersion Yoga Nidra Sound Meditation
Sunday, April 27th | 1:30-4:00PM
Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature for this special two-hour yoga nidra and sound bath experience. Join Tini and Brandi Thieme for a deeply restorative two and a half hour journey into stillness and sound, surrounded by the natural symphony of the earth. Echoes of Earth invites you to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself in the embrace of the wilderness.
We’ll begin with light refreshments and an educational introduction to Yoga Nidra. You will learn about the history, what the difference is between meditation and Yoga Nidra, benefits and specific components of the practice, along with the process of what makes up a Yoga Nidra.
Then, nestled in nature, you’ll lie back and surrender to an hour-long Yoga Nidra practice, enhanced by a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, rainsticks, and chimes—blending harmoniously with the rustling leaves and singing birds around us.
After this meditative experience, you’ll have the space to reintegrate in a way that feels right for you:
🌿 Rest & Digest – Continue lying down, allowing the experience to settle in.
📖 Journaling & Reflection – Bring a journal to capture insights and sensations.
💬 Community Connection – Stay at the shelter for extended conversation and integration time.
🚶♀️ Nature Immersion Hike – Join a 45-minute mindful walk into the woods, allowing movement and fresh air to awaken your senses, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and in tune with nature’s rhythms.

✔️ A pillow & extra layers for warmth (bolster for added support)
